Refund Policy

KheloyaarHub aims to deliver a smooth, reliable experience for every user of the khelo yaar platform and the kheloyar app. If you are not satisfied with a paid service or transaction, this Refund Policy explains eligibility, steps to request a refund, timelines, and exceptions in a clear, user‑friendly way.

Scope

This policy covers purchases, subscriptions, in‑app purchases, and paid promotions made through KheloyaarHub and the kheloyar app download flow. It does not apply to third‑party transactions processed entirely outside our systems.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are considered for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, failed or incomplete transactions, and unauthorised charges.
  • Refunds are not provided for changed minds, gameplay losses, or outcomes of contests and bets.
  • For subscriptions, refunds may be prorated at our discretion for unused periods if the request is made within 7 days of renewal.
  • To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of the transaction date with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshot, registered email).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@kheloyaarhub.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Transaction ID]”.
  2. Provide transaction ID, date, amount, registered email or phone, and a brief reason for the request.
  3. Attach supporting documents or screenshots where applicable.
  4. Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and may ask follow‑up questions.

Review and Processing

  • We investigate each request to verify transaction records, device logs, and payment gateway details.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. For card and wallet refunds, allow 5–10 business days for banks or providers to reflect the amount. For UPI and instant wallet refunds, processing typically completes within 1–3 business days.
  • If we cannot refund to the original method, we will offer an alternative such as site credit, clearly communicated and agreed by the user.

Non‑Refundable Items

  • Wagers, game losses, and contest outcomes.
  • Promotional credits used or consumed.
  • Purchases made through third‑party marketplaces where that marketplace’s refund policy applies.
  • Transactions flagged as fraudulent where the user is proven to be involved in policy abuse.

Disputes and Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision, email support@kheloyaarhub.com with “Refund Appeal — [Transaction ID]”. Appeals are reviewed by a senior specialist and a final decision is provided within 7–10 business days.

Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

We monitor suspicious activity and may deny refunds where fraud or policy abuse is evident. Initiating chargebacks without first contacting support can delay resolution and may lead to account restrictions.
